Working Online: The Fears That Hold Us Back

in this blog, I’ll cover the fears that come up before and while working online with your own business. I’ll focus on two big ones:

“What if I fail and everyone sees it?” and “What if I’m not good enough?

These are questions we all ask ourselves, and I want you to feel seen and understood.

Ever thought about working online… but felt like so many obstacles are holding you back?

You’re not lazy.

You’re not broken.

You’re probably just scared and that’s normal.

BECAUSE

Today, I want to dive deeper into the fears I had before starting to work online.

Fears that everyone has even those who are already successful or currently building their own..

So if you’re looking for answers about your fears and the way you overthink everything, this might give you some clarity before you start working online.

The fears we’re going to talk about today:

and the fears that I am going to talk

about step by step in my other BLOGS! 🙂

  • What if it’s all a scam?
  • What if I can’t stay consistent and actually do the work?
  • What if I make no money for a long time?
  • What if I don’t even like it?
  • What if I start… and never become successful?
  • I’m scared to invest my money

What if I fail and everyone sees it?

WHAT IF PEOPLE THINK I AM CRAZY? because I  am working online..

= this is probably the biggest fear..

not because failure itself is so scary, but because we care so so much about what other think about us.

And who says you are going to fail?

You are never a failure unless you completely quit: Because As long as you keep going and try to learn from your mistakes.

YOU ARE BUILDING YOURSELF.

Working online often means not following the “normal” path.

✧ No traditional job.

✧ No clear structure that everyone understands.

And yes: that can feel scary.

✧Your family or friends might not understand what you’re doing.

They might question it. They might worry.

But that doesn’t automatically mean they won’t support you.

And even if they don’t…it’s still your life and your choice girl.

Now imagine this instead:

What if you were surrounded by people who

already achieved what you want?

✧People who get you.

✧People who see you.

✧People who don’t judge you.

Those are the people you need around you.

And if working online means risking looking “stupid” to others in order to become successful, fulfilled, and free?

Hell yes, girl you gotta do this.

What if I’m not good enough?

This question always comes up…

Can I really work online and build my

own business without the right skills?

Without experience?

✧Am I smart enough?

✧Creative enough?

✧Confident enough?

Or maybe you’re telling yourself it’s too late to start something new.

But here’s the truth:

It’s not about whether you’re good enough right now.

Are you not here to learn?

I doubted myself so much.

I honestly thought I wasn’t clever enough.

But through training, support, learning, and actually implementing what I learned, I realised something important:

I am not stupid.

I am clever.

I am capable.

And so are you.

These fears don’t mean you shouldn’t start: they mean you care.

This is only one part of the story. In the coming weeks, I’ll dive deeper into the other fears around working online the doubts most people keep quiet about.

You don’t need to have everything figured out yet.
This is just the beginning.

That's me
