Is Working Online Legit? 2 Fears That Hold Women Back

working online

Working online sounds exciting…. freedom, flexibility, and income from anywhere. But for many women, the idea also brings uncertainty. There’s excitement… and then there’s doubt. In this post, we’re going to talk honestly about the two biggest fears that stop women from starting and what’s actually true about them.

before we start: check out my first blog about „The Fears That Hold Us Back“

So let’s talk about both honestly

and we going to cover

Right now, you might be in a stage where working online is exactly what you want.

You feel the pull.

You might feel like there’s an opportunity in front of you.

But inside?
There are doubts. Questions.

And that’s completely normal.

We all had these fears once.

And sometimes, they might still be there always.

so Let’s talk about them honestly.

What if it’s not a scam… just unfamiliar?

This is the question everyone asks before starting – I asked it too.

I came across an opportunity to work online and travel the world –
not just “selling,”

but actually making a real impact for myself, for others, and for the world.

That was the main point for me.

But here’s the important question:

Or is it just another unclear path that doesn’t lead where you actually want to go?

🙋🏽‍♀️💻 I chose a business opportunity that fully aligns with who I am AND  I am proud to be part of it.

But of course… how can you tell it’s not a scam?

Here’s what helped me:

Another reason I said yes: I was introduced to it by my coach Alani, and she explained everything step by step – so I felt so supported, understood, and safe.

And I saw that she was still doing it after 1, 2, even 3 years.

If it were a scam, why would people stay?

So yes be skeptical. Be careful.

But don’t reject something before you fully understand it. Get the full story

In my case, the first insight training cost €88 and included a full money-back guarantee, which made it feel safe to explore. I gave myself permission to look at it from a place of curiosity instead of fear. I thought: even if I invest €88 and only gain clarity or a new perspective, that’s still growth. What would really cost me more is staying stuck in doubt without ever giving myself the chance to find out.

What if I can’t stay consistent and actually do the work?

Why are you already thinking about the worts-case scenario…

when you haven’t even started yet?

How will you know what you’re capable of if

you never give yourself the chance to try?

you are building your future

You’re creating more freedom,

more income,

more time,

more value.

Yes: the work comes first. Especially in the first months or years.

But what if those 3–4 years of consistency create the life

you’ve always dreamed of?

Would you rather:

Work consistently for a few years to build freedom? Or never try because you’re scared you might not stay consistent and stay in the same 9–5 until retirement?

You don’t know what you’re capable of until you try.

4 Tips to Stay Consistent

4 tips to stay consistent

Working Online Is a Choice

  • It’s your choice whether you want to make it work.

  • It’s your choice to get proof.

  • It’s your choice to gather clarity.

  • It’s your choice to try.

But without trying, you’ll never know.

1.5 years into being a business owner, I can truly say:

I needed proof – and I found proof.

I needed clarity – and I got the information.

I was scared – but I saw it working for other women to.

I never thought I would work online.

But if it allows me to work from anywhere in the world, then my fears are no longer stronger than my dreams.

These are my honest opinions. You can take something from it or not. It’s okay to still feel unsure.

BIG REMINDER

The biggest risk isn’t starting.

The biggest risk is looking back in five years and realizing you never tried.

I had these fears too.

I questioned if it was real. If I could do it. If I would stay consistent.

I wasn’t fully confident when I started. I just knew that staying where I was didn’t feel right anymore.

So I chose to get clarity instead of staying in doubt.

„Working online is a choice.

Staying where you are is also a choice.„

I can’t tell you what to do.

But I can tell you that 1.5 years later, I’m grateful I chose to try.
