COMPARING YOURSELF A LOT? READ THIS

to the girls who compare themselves too much with others

This blog is a reminder that no trend is worth sacrificing your health for. So if you have been a girl between 15- 25 and struggles already or for a long time with your body image… then this blog is for you

The skinny trend is coming back – but what we all forget is… the feeling behind all of it .

It’s about forcing every inch of your body to become smaller.
It’s about eating less and less, draining yourself, losing your energy, and believing that being thinner will finally make you happy.

I know this because I lived it.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

★ I was once 55 kg but not in a healthy way.

★ I barely ate enough,
★ I ran 10 km every single day

and I thought that if
★ I became smaller,  I would finally feel confident and at peace with myself.

But what did it actually bring me?

I was weak. I was exhausted. I had no energy. I still overthought everything, because of the „perfect body image“ and  still comparing myself to others. And I still didn’t feel good enough…

SO….

being skinnier does not make you more happy

AND This is a real problem for so many girls,
and we need to stop ignoring it.

BECAUSE

Every body is different,
and that’s exactly what we forget.

★We compare ourselves to people, bodies, lifestyles,

and expectations that might not even exist outside an app.

Most of what we see

is the best angle,

the best moment,

the best version.

Real life isn’t like that and that’s completely okay.

★You don’t need to be perfect
to be worthy.

AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA:

They simply don’t show them.

⤷ BUT I HAVE THEM, MY GIRLFRIENDS HAVE THEM, AND IT’S CALLED „BEING HUMAN.“

What you see online is often perfect lighting, flattering angles, makeup, filters, editing, and carefully chosen moments.

It is not everyday life.

do not punish yourself…

Instead, here are a few things that genuinely helped me:

Please remember this:

⤷ No trend is WORTH your health.

No number on a scale is worth
losing your energy,
your happiness,
or your peace.

The goal was never to become smaller.

The goal was always to live fully.

♥SO NOW SWEETHEART. THIS IS YOUR LIFE CHOOSE YOURSELF.
