Your Own Company

1. Start Small

★ Don’t pressure yourself to go out for dinner alone immediately.

★ Start with something simple: visit your favorite coffee shop, order the dessert you love, or get your go-to drink. Choose places and routines that already feel comfortable.

Confidence grows through small steps, not giant leaps.

2.  Become Your Own Emotional Support System

You need to be
your biggest supporter.

★That doesn’t mean you never need other people.

  • It means learning to encourage yourself, celebrate your own victories , and comfort yourself through difficult moments.

★ You are the one person WHO wil be
with you for your entire life.

★ So cheer yourself on. Be kind to yourself.

4. Protect Your Energy

Once you realize that your own company is valuable,

you become more intentional about who

Being alone taches you peace.

And peace is something worth protecting.

and start appreciating stillness.

Once you realize your own company is priceless,
everything changes.
